The 2026 U.S. Flag Forever stamp shows a photograph of a knit American flag. Beneath the flag are the anniversary dates 1776 and 2026 in red, with a golden five-pointed star between them. "USA FOREVER" is centered at the bottom in blue. The 13 stars and 13 stripes follow the 1777 flag resolution honoring the original colonies. USPS art director Greg Breeding designed the stamp.
